* We can build the customer's home design by using our pre-engineered construction panel system.

*The customer can select a home designs to be built from our extensive library of floor plans and homes.

* We can custom design the customer's home, or the customer submit their home's design layout for a reasonable fee to be converted into a floor plan and elevations of their home, then into blueprints (by customer request only). This fee does not include the fee to convert floor plan into blueprints.( please note cost to produce blueprint is subject to increase when there are more than one revision is requested by the customer)

In most cases by using our pre-engingineered construction panels; depending on the design of the home, we can erected a 3,000 square foot home and have the structure shell of the home under roof in 2 to 4 days , to completion in about 60-days verses the 90-days to completion by using the traditional stick built construction that waste materials, time, and other construction issues. 1. Are AEHCC Homes Pre-fabricated?

They are Conventional Homes. AEHCC Homes are NOT mobile, modular, or prefab.

As a roof truss is built and erected on the job site, so are our wall panels.

2. What is your type of construction called?

Pre-engineered construction panel known as "Open Panel Construction." When a conventional builder "stick-builds" a home, he builds the walls on the sub-floor, then lifts them into position. AEHCC Homes builds almost the same way.

The difference is the builder builds in the rain or sunshine with hand tools and expensive skilled labor.

AEHCC Homes are built in a factory with automation using steel jigs and hydraulic presses to assure precision.

The completed wall panels are shipped to the job site where they are lifted into position by your builder the same as a "stick built" house.

3. How is an AEHCC different from other homes?


AEHCC Homes are basically the same as any contractor built home. They may be built on any type of foundation typical to your area.

They are built using high quality materials in a factory-controlled environment with 1/32 tolerance for error. This system allows simple and fast erection, thus reducing the site costs.

A Builder cannot compete with quantity purchasing power and Factory Mass Production.Factory Production has better quality control, no weather delays and no expensive Carpenter’s wages.

AEHCC Homes are conventional homes.

5. AEHCC Homes sound great; but how cost effective are they compared to normal construction techniques?

AEHCC Homes are very cost efficient for many reasons:

The exterior can be completed with any of today's masonry or wood products, from brick to western red cedar. Our drafting services and our other drafters has many architecturally designed spacious floor plans that are available. A custom-plan service is also available.

7. How many floor plans are available?

AEHCC Homes has many plans for residential and commercial applications. We can even use your plans or a custom plan service is also available normally for little or no cost.

8. What is the charge for ordering a Custom Home?


NOTHING EXTRA! If we need to draw a custom set of prints there is a nominal fee, which normally ranges from $400. to $800 (Note some of our designers & drafters have different fee for service in their respectful states, but our cost will not effect your purchase of our construction panels).

9. Are AEHCC for residential applications only?

No! AEHCC Homes offers many commercial applications.Offices, duplexes, condominiums, apartments, townhouses etc. You may choose from our many plans or we accept custom designs at no additional charge. We can use your Plans as well.

10. What delivery time may I expect?

Our normal delivery time is three to four weeks.Some orders may take a week or two longer.This allows sufficient time to prepare the home site and have the foundation ready when your package arrives.

11. How will I get my home package erected and home completed?

AEHCC Homes recommends using any licensed local contractor.

A local crew should be able to erect a home package in one to three days, depending on the size of your home selection, or your custom designed plan. We provide blueprints, pre-engineered homes, many model home models that are not limited to your selects from us, custom home designs and existing home refacing services. Our procedures are the same as a conventional house so no training for your contractor is needed .

12. What is the expected completed cost for an AEHCC Home?

Building costs vary greatly from coast to coast. A home built in California could cost double of the same house in Mississippi due to local labor, permit cost and the fact everything is higher there. The advantage of an AEHCC Home is that its a fixed cost our panelized home will be he same. We estimate the savings to be 20% to 40% less than Conventional Construction

13. How is an AEHCC financed?

AEHCC Homes are Conventional Homes and may be financed by the same lending institutions as any other homes.

Lending institutions like AEHCC Homes because of their quality craftsmanship: design appeal: energy efficiency and value.

14. Is there a restriction on where AEHCC Homes can be delivered?

No! AEHCC will ship Nationwide and we are in planning stage to be able to ship Worldwide. We can use over the road truck, piggyback rail, or as our plans to containerize for overseas shipping. Which ever offers the greater savings for the customer?

AEHCC, LLC. can produce a customer's blueprints from sketches, customer's redrawns, or from a coustomer's magazine clipping of the the customer desire to build, moreover, a customer can even select a home our library of homes blueprints.

By using AEHCC, LLC.'s Open Panel Construction System shall help the customer be able to better manage their construction cost and material cost to complete their home. All the while eliminating delays caused by material shortages, labor shortages, and scheduling issues.

This means that the customer can move more quicker into their home. In most cases, AEHCC, LLC. can erect a 3,000 sqft home in 2 to 4 days depending on the home's design, using a 4 to 6 man crew using a boom truck.

On average we can have the customer under roof within 60-days verses 90-days by using traditional stick built home construction method that waste material , time, construction funding.

In other words, the customer has more control in the development of their home construction
process by using AEHCC, LLC. Open Panel Construction System.

AEHCC, LLC. factory specification sheet standard features includes in each homes are:

*1/2" insulated foam (thermal package

*Computer designed floor joist system

*5/8" plywood roof sheathing

*Kiln dried lumber

*5/8" T&G plywood sub-flooring (3-story)

We use no wafer or particle board in the manufacturing of any home being produce in our factory, and we custom build to the customer's specification.

Don't mistake our pre-engineered for modular construction. AEHCC, LLC. pre-engineered panelized homes are neither modular nor prefab. The customer will never have to worry about oversized transport or sheetrock cracks.

What more important, the design limitations that plague modular construction are non-existent. Our award winning homes designs arrive in standard sized tractor trailers. Each panel is easliy unloaded and quickly set into place.

Our pre-engineered panels assure fast assembly and more desirable elevation.

It's a better way to build

AEHCC, LLC.'s system of building is the process of using computer aided design to design these homes and computer aided manufacturing (CAD-CAM) technology in the planning and construction of all of our houses. These are not mobile or modular homes; this is pre-engineered conventional construction, built under controlled conditions.

Using advanced computerized building systems, engineers design the home in virtual space. Once the plan is finished and checked for errors, specialized software is used to "build" the various parts of the structure. These components are then manufactured to precise tolerances in a controlled environment, inspected, loaded onto a flat bed truck, and shipped to the site for final assembly.

As each components is built in the computer it can be checked for compatibility with the entire structure. Here is an example of one type of floor system. Note that these floor trusses are designed around the return-air manifold for (HVAC) heating and air conditioning.


AEHCC, LLC. can have their manufacturers fabicate the entire assembly, not just the floors and roof, but the importance of customer who does not understand the capabilty of the design and construction of the home. As designs grow more complex and the ability of the structural systems and how they work together is our goal to provide the customer.
