AEHCC, LLC offer several different services and products to assist the customer obtaining their dream. These services and products are listed below, and how to select your product and service to purchase each one of them:
AEHCC, LLC. Floor Plan and Blueprint Services
Customers whom already have their floor plans available to be converted into blueprints may send them to P.O. Box 6876, Marietta, GA. 30065., or email the floor plan to us at aehcc1@hotmail.com along with your details on how we are set up these drawings. The cost for this serivce and the process are as followed:

Process-1
Browse our custom home plans to get an idea of your needs thats is size and layout. When you have an understanding of what you are looking for in a custom home plan. You can either decide whether an existing plan can be modified to become your dream home, or if you want an entirely new design.
Process-2
Contact AEHCC, LLC. to connect with a dealer at aehcc1@hotmail.com; AEHCC, LLC. will be your guide throughout the planning and building process. Together you will outline the fundamentals of your custom home plan.
Process-3
AEHCC, LLC. will began setting-up your comprehensive design-data and the master-specifications forms once we obtain the deposit and a notice to proceed. This will allow us to help you define and communicate the details of your custom home plan with us and your contractor.Remember, good planning helps ensure a good outcome. AEHCC, LLC. gives you the tools you need to success.
Process-4
Submit your revision. Once, you have carefully reviewed your preliminary custom home plans and made any necessary changes and signed of your approval of the plan, AEHCC, LLC can submit your custom home plans to be converted into a set blueprints, and towards pre-engineered panelization. Once you are in receipt of the blueprints, you should also contact your local zoning/building authority to identify permit requirements, such as, engineering seals, plumbing & electrical layouts and seismic & title 24 calculations.
"THAT'S IT"
Once you give AEHCC, LLC your final approval and purchase our pre-engineered panel system, we will send you five sets of construction-ready custom home plans for your new dream home. We will also supply one set to your bank, and one set to your appraiser, so you can finalize your construction free of charge. If you choose to obtain just a set of blueprint for your custom home, the cost for each reproduction is $35.00 per request plus shipped and handling.
Customer's sketches, redrawn, or from their magazine clipping and the cost to produce a set of blueprint from that per square foot requested. We require a non-refundable deposit of $150.00 to began :
1,200 sqft and under............$ 630.00
1,201 sqft to 1,600 sqft........$ 631.00 to $ 790.00
1,601 sqft to 2,000 sqft........$ 791.00 to $ 950.00
2,201 sqft to 2,400 sqft........$ 951.00 to $1,110.00
2,401 sqft to 2,800 sqft........$ 1,111.00 to $1,270.00
2,801 sqft to 3,200 sqft........$ 1,271.00 to $1,430.00

The first revision to your custom plans are free. If there are further revision to plans are requested by the customer, an additional non-refundable deposit of $200.00 per revision will be charge before work on plan will began. Once plans are approved by the customer, AEHCC, LLC. may submit a work order to obtain the cost for our open panel construction system.
Please note our blueprints does not include a site plan, and plumbing plans, heating/air condition plans, cabinet plan,nor does these blueprints contain material schedules, but are not limit too as we may add these components in the future. Also these blueprints do not come with architectural and engineering seals due to some cities and states require a licensed architect or engineer to review and seal a blueprint, or offically approve it, prior to construction due to concerns over enegry costs, safety, and other factors. Due to varying local requiements, AEHCC, LLC. is unable to offer these seals. Please contact a local building offical to find out if such a review is required.
These plans do come with floor plans, electrical plan on floor plan, elevations, wall sections, foundation plan. The customer is respondable for permits, engineering, and insurance before construction. Copies cost for each set of the blueprint is $35.00 per original copy. All AEHCC, LLC. plans are protected under the Untied States Copyright Law. Blueprints may not be resold, or reproduces by any means. When you purchase a blueprint from AEHCC, LLC., you are licensed the right to build one residence. AEHCC, LLC. designers and architects retain all rights, title and ownership to the original design, and documents.
AEHCC, LLC. plans are designed to meet or exceed the requirements of the Standard Building Code, but because of varying interpretations and the fact that codes are subject to change, we cannot warrant compliance with any of the specific building codes and ordinances. Your local builder or engineer can review the plan you choose and ensure that it complies with all applicable building code and subdivision restrictions, however, we cannot be responsible for the assistances you receive from the individuals you select to build your home.
Customers whom want to see our list of homes that we have available and purchase a blueprint from our list can also email us their home requirements, so that, we may send our list of floor plan layouts from that catagory base on the customer's home requirements. The cost for all blueprints from our floor plan layout is $75.00 shipping and handling is included in this cost, and customers who are already with their blueprints and want to obtain a cost from the factory to produce panels for construction may mail their blueprints via regular mail service to the above referenced mailing address.
Customers who need a copy(ies) of AEHCC, LLC.' available home plan catagories as listed on the home page or from the floor plan page listings We request .20 cent charge per copy to be mail or email to the customer. All payment sent to paypal at aehcc1@hotmail.com. Please email us first of how many home plan you want, and from what catagory.
Earn a Commisson from AEHCC, LLC.
You can even earn a commission from us. We offer a 3% commission for every customer you send to us, and purchase our open panel construction system. Just email us who you have send., and once they purchase you have earn your commission. Just tell us where to send the commission.
AEHCC, LLC. Home Designing Service
Customers who need their home customly designed. Please send us an email with the details of your home requirements along with a contact number, and we will send the contract agreement to begin, so that, we may discuss with you about your home designs and needs. The cost we charge to design a home is .20 cents per sqft, and we require a $150.00 non-refundable deposit, and all and final payments to made to our paypal account (aehcc1@hotmail.com) per phase of home development. Final payment is due once customer's signed approval on home design. The phases are schematic design, design development, and design approval.
AEHCC, LLC. Open Panel Construction Service
All F.O.B.(Free On Board) point of manufacture does not includes freight or applicable tax. AEHCC, LLC. reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality without notice. We also reserves the right concerning pricing, information, and other related materials are subject to change without notice.
Please note that when ordering our open panel construction system the customer obtains a dry in structure home shell, and what that does not includes are the interior finishes such as sheet rock, paint, etc., exterior finishes such as brick facing, siding, etc., plumbing piping/fixtures, electrical wiring/fixtures, heating/air conditioning systems, cabinery, and garage door.
Customers who want to use our Open Panel Construction System may send us an email to let us know that your blueprints have been sent. There is a $5,000.00 non-refundable deposit requirement on homes 3,000 sqft and above. Homes under 3,000 sqft non-refundable deposit are base on the size of the home. Once the sale agreement is signed deposit for home is due. Note in rail shipments, cosignee will designate destination and be responsible for transportation from railhead to the building site.
Moreover, AEHCC, LLC. hereinafter called American Elite Homes of Cobb County agrees to furnish the home selected as stated on the attached pricing sheet, for that sum qouted to purchase said home package with a return copy of said signed and accepted agreement between the customer and AEHCC, LLC.. The balance being due within 60 days from the date of the agreement. Customer will submit to AEHCC, LLC. a properly executed purchase order with an irrvocable Bank Letter of Credit of the balance in full.
AEHCC, LLC. will then commence construction on the designated home. Payment is to be made by Bank wire transfer to purchase home and/or Cashier Check for deposit unless customer of AEHCC,LLC. has on its possession a properly executed irrevocable Bank Letter of Credit.
If the 60 days order elaspes, another $5,000.00 non-refundable deposit for homes 3,000sqft, and homes under 3,000sqft deposit per request is required to keep order current

How to Purchase from AEHCC, LLC.
Please contact us first by email and tell us what serivce or product you desire, so that we may to give you the cost and the contact agreement to conduct service for blueprinting and custom home designing.We are currently taking payment at paypal(aehcc1@hotmail.com) to conduct purchases and deposits for blueprinting and custom home designs along with a signed agreement for service.
